BLUE BELL, Pa. (March 14, 2006) – RainMaker Software, Inc., a leading full-service provider of Financial Management, Practice Management and Business Intelligence software for law firms, announced today that they have formed a partnership with AIRTIME-Manager Inc., makers of AIRTIME for Professionals (A4P®) software. All of RainMaker Software’s current products will integrate with AIRTIME for Professionals. This will help attorneys to accurately capture their time-worked directly whether they’re in the office, on-the-road or at a client site.
With A4P, attorneys can accurately capture billable time and client information using their BlackBerry® or Palm® Treo® wireless device. Calls, emails and other billable time recorded are automatically captured using A4P prompts. A4P also permits attorneys to enter time manually as well as optionally capturing time via a stopwatch; an add-on feature of A4P. Using the stopwatch an attorney can record billable time for an event such as a meeting.
“Our partnership with RainMaker allows attorneys and law firms to increase their profitability by capturing a significant amount of time that is typically lost,” said Jerry Fenzel, JD, president and CEO of AIRTIME-Manager. “Above and beyond the revenue, we are also making attorney’s lives easier by streamlining the time-capture process.”
“RainMaker Software is committed to its clients and its market space,” said RainMaker President Jim Hammond. “As part of this commitment, it is our goal to insure that firms are capturing billable hours in the most effective and automated ways possible. Our partnership with AIRTIME-Manager will allow on-the-go attorneys to easily and accurately capture their time; reducing slippage and ultimately increasing profits.”
