(NYSE: PGI), a global outsource provider of business process solutions, today announced a new North American reseller agreement with Adobe Systems Incorporated that integrates Premiere Global’s industry leading audio conferencing services with the Web conferencing capabilities of Macromedia® Breeze from Adobe®. Now, customers choosing the combined offering to address their audio and Web conferencing needs will have a single provider and customer support point. Premiere Global Services is the first audio conferencing service provider to offer an integrated solution that includes Breeze, a rich Web communication system providing high-impact online meetings, training and presentations that can be accessed instantly, through any Web browser.

Under the terms of the reseller agreement, Premiere Global Services will resell Breeze as part of a unified Web communications solution that integrates Premiere Global’s industry-leading audio conferencing services and the rich visual Web conferencing components of Breeze. With technology enabled by Adobe’s Macromedia Flash® and a dynamic, user-friendly interface, Breeze draws broad recognition for its ease-of-use and runs on almost any computer without downloads or plug-ins. The solution integrates audio and Web conferencing services, allowing customers to access Premiere Global’s worldwide communication technology platform directly from their desktop to control the audio features such as one-click mute, volume control, and dial-out to participants. Customers can choose from hosted or on-premise pricing and configuration options.

Adobe’s Macromedia Breeze is immediately available from Premiere Global Services. Depending on their needs, customers can choose between Premiere Global Services’ ReadyConference® and ReadyConference® GlobalMeet®, Premiere Global’s international audio conferencing service.
